Carfile do around 9% no problems and no negotiating to do. Introduced to main UK franchised main dealer to confirm order and pay deposit to them direct. My time is too valuable to sit around in a showroom with an arrogant sales person who keeps disappearing to 'see the manager' to get another £50 off! I have used brokers (and Carfile twice) for the last 5 new cars I've bought either for me or the Mrs. I don't understand why anybody goes into a showroom these days (apart from the test drive of course!).
