I have recently used Orange Wheels - got a discount of just over 10% - process was very slick and easy, like Carfile (above) I was introduced to a main UK franchised dealer to confirm order and pay deposit etc. I did try to use the Orange Wheels quote to 'negotiate' with my local dealership (Glasgow Audi) however they would only stretch to a max of 5% discount so I voted with my feet...and wallet!

Now just playing the waiting game for car to be delivered!

Sorry cant comment on part exchange - I am handing back a company car - coming out of the car scheme which I have been in for last 3 cars as no longer the best option for me. I was referred on to Coventry Audi by Orange Wheels - they have been really helpful so far (hoping this continues). I live in Glasgow and Coventry Audi have agreed to pick me up from Birmingham Airport when I fly down to collect the car, also happy for me to get Car Seat delivered to the showroom (as 2 year old son will be coming down with me to pick up). I have also changed colour and a few options post original order which they have happily helped with over the phone - so can't complain re service so far.
