If you don't want to haggle face to face or over the phone then try autoebid. I've got near to 10% discount (including autoebid fee). Only issue might be is that you might end up having to travel to a dealer that isn't in your area, this doesn't bother me as I don't mind travelling a couple of hundred miles to save £4k.
