I assume your temperature isn't set to LO / air con on. Stop start won't work if you have the temp low in the cabin.

Hi christuffleyQ5 - thanks for the reply. I don't have my air con on but I have the temperature set to 16 as its kinda humid here at the moment. I also notice that you cannot completely stop the fan running. I have to shut the vents to close the air off completely. My fan settings will not go below one bar. I will go for a drive later and increase the temperature to see if stop/start activates. Cheers.

My stop start kicks in around 18. If you are sitting at lights and a A comes up with a cross up the temperature and the engine should cut out. It was the same on my old A3.
