Hello,
Just bought a 2018 Q5 that I love. I noticed that there are no warning sounds when I get close to objects however. I do not see sensors in the bumpers but Im told that all Audis have collision warnings. The rear camera works fine and there is a pre sense setting option on the menu. Is it possible the sensors were deactivated? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Welcome to our forum  It is possible that the warning sound has been turned down / off? Check settings in MMI? Enter VIN number into Audi website to see if sensors and what other options were installed in your car.
Thanks ! I checked the MMI and the only sensor related choice is the pre sense warning levels which are set to medium. There is no Park assist but I would think there would still be collision warning sound

Thank you for that. I do not see any sensors on my bumpers so maybe they only come with park assist? I would think a vehicle of this caliber would come standard with collision warning sensors, especially a 2018.

I know my 2018 SQ5 doesn't have the "automatic parking" but it certainly has the collision sensors. It beeps like mad when I pull into my garage and on at least one occasion, it felt that I lifted off the brake "too soon" while wanting to make a left turn after an oncoming car had just passed me and it slammed the brake on me, scaring the heck out of me and giving me that "great, I'm gonna get hit by the next car now..." feeling. Which "trim" is your 2018? Premium / Premium Plus / Prestige? (I think I have those right)
