Hello, thank you everyone for this forum and great community. Writing from Canada here.

i have a 2010 q5 v6, awd 205,000km
Approx 124,000 miles

this morning it would not start, the break pedal was stiff, happened before but still would start after pressing it down hard. The battery works fine and the lights radio work, I even tried attaching my portable jumper.

the EPC light also went on when trying to start, not sure if I have seen it before

i think the issue may be the spark plugs or coil, has anyone had this issue before? (Gas tank was half)

Welcome. Have you tried to read any fault codes? Have you tried another key? Does it turn over? Can you hear the fuel pump start? Can you smell fuel from the exhaust (if it turns over).

Can you read fault codes to diagnose? Do you have or access to VCDS / OBDeleven / Carista?
