first car I owned was probably the worst, a 2001 Fiat Punto 1.2. Everything went wrong with that car, even though it was new. I kept it for 5 years, and remember driving to the dealership to trade it in, on the way the airbox fell off and I had to re-secure it with some string and part of a juice bottle I had in the car. I remember being worried that they would take the car for a test drive and it would fall apart again, but luckily it held together long enough for me to drive away in my 06 Impreza STi, also new, which ran perfectly until 3 years when the warranty expired and the head gaskets promptly failed.
