Ordered my S line Q5 24 feb 2010 just had phone call from dealer can pick it up tomorrow 29 July.
Asked about suspension type, salesman said he did not know but would check and ring back .I will keep you informed

If it helps my Q5 was built on the 12th July and delivered into dealer on 23rd July. Collecting tomorrow 28th

Likewise, I can't understand why mine is taking so long. I ordered mine on the 7th of March, one week after Stewart, yet been told it won't be here until at least October....so why there's two months of a difference is beyond me!

Did you ask the dealer when they had allocation to order it? If they weren't able to order it until, say, April or May, that would explain the delay.

As far as I was led to believe it was ordered that week as I ordered it on a Saturday or Sunday. I've now E Mailed Jeremy so hopefully he can shed some light on this. I didn't have to wait this long for my A3 (3 months) or A4 (4 months). We did have to wait longer for the wifes TT - that was supposed to be here in September but didn't show until November!

We picked our Q5 up yesterday and yes we do have sports suspension! For those waiting Tetbury Audi have a 2.0TDI in the showroom with a price showing and was informed they have two stock models arriving soon. Give Angelo a ring on 01666 505155.
