I've coded my cars and many for friends etc for many years without issue. With my MY24 Q5 I needed to upgrade my cable which I did and I've successfully coded in the following :
Gear Display : D1, D2, D3, etc
Needle Sweep
Needle sweep/'staging' on ignition
Comfort window (it drops 1/2" when opening/closing the door to avoid the air pressure thing
Easy Entry - my seat moves back/forth about 1" when getting in/out
Rear lights on with the front DRLs
The one extra thing I want is 'beep on lock'. Due to SFP security on the module I bought an unlock code courtesy of a helpful dealer employee. That failed. During the discussion it became apparent that for the MY24 cars they are coming with SFD2 security on the modules and that's a big issue right now :
"Even with my official odis I can't unlock modules. SFD2 is a nightmare at the moment"
I'm sure I hope that in time things will change but I hope the above stops others trying and wasting their time currently.
