info is from the dealers internal VAG system and was given to him this morning, the spacing is a bit out so I have re done

RRP OTR
SE Sline SE Sline
2.0 TFSI 7 sp S tronic ?30,600 ?32,750 ?31,440 ?33,590
2.0 TDI 6 sp manual ?29,150 ?31,300 ?29,950 ?32,100

also auto in the TDI 2.0 is not until mid 2009...so my spec will be

I got the same info this afternoon from my dealer. I must say the prices were in line with what I was thinking.
I have asked the dealer the likely waiting time for a 1st Oct order so I will let you all know if I get an answer.
Definitely going for the 2.0TFSI but the question is SE or S Line as I really want the Xenons and LED's. I would imagine I will just have to wait for the full option list and pricing to be revealed.

Hey really good work. Not sure if the 3.0 TDI Auto has gone up but at ?37 it looks to be in very close territory to a Q7 an X5. So who has deposits down now, do you have a build slot number or anything like that.

Great to see the pics in the other post too from the Watford dealer. Good to hear the reports 'in the metal'. Was it just me though or was the spec/colour of that model not great. I think we need Black, silver, grey metallics with dark interiors. Dangerous ground though, personal taste etc.

Good work again!

According to the Audi people at the Paris Motor Show - if you order a Q5 now delivery will be accomplished by 10 weeks.

Difficult I know, but IF you can hold on for a month or more then interest rates will IMO still continue to fall. All the doom/gloom will go in your favour. I think 1/2% already yesterday in the UK. Usually takes a while to filter through to APR rates etc. Wouldn't be surprised to see another 1/4 and then another 1/4 over the coming 2-3 months.

Crystal ball eh! Still at least I havn't just made the 2nd most expensive purchase of my life without waiting either.....doh!!

you'll find this is because when they do their figures they ignore all the extras - this means the ?9k deposit is effectively only ?5k due to the extras. Also I'm suprised you can get a ?0 down at the moment - I understood in case of VAG cars a finance house will ask for at least some deposit down (?2k etc)
