Hi,
Just found this on Audi Uk website,i believe they already do this is china and is a great success.You can watch the service guys work on your vehicle and interact with them(i bet there dreading it lol)

I just got back from my free MOT with Harrold Wood Audi service centre and they had one of these. Not that they used it but it allows the technicians to talk and explain the issues with the car live with customers so they told me.

I guess it says we are all paying too much for our servicing through Audi!!

Not a bad idea for when you have a specific issue so at least you can converse with the techician.

When I was with LR i had to take several Techs out in the car with me so that they could hear the problem they initially said didn't exist. Once I told them where to drive it so that they could hear and feel it.....so when I went back later and they said there was no fault. I asked where did you drive it to recreate the fault..reply where you said...I then handed them a printout of the route, speed etc they drove which was nice and smooth and never going to replicate the problem. There were some very red faces


They didn't take the P... again with me. We came to a very rapid understanding of what service I expected and I didn't have to say a word after that.

Nice one Josh would of loved to of been there when you handed that over

I kept a very plain face and said......really. I had a hard job not laughing at them for being so stupid. Caught...they even parked up for 30 mins in an industrial estate while they were supposed to be finding rattling suspension bushes.


Never seen a Service Manager move so fast
Still after that they were very helpful. Never had so many foc full valets before
