Has anyone out there taken delivery of car in germany at the factory
what are problems if any
do audi organise it
cost
bringing the car home to uk

Just been contacted by Audi , 1800 fri 23rd .Delivery date late May early June.
Order placed 22nd Feb ,Trying to find out if new Stop Start system will be fitted dealer does not know

I havent heard of anyone taking direct delivery from the factory.But i think it would be the same thing if the car was delivered at your place.You can go on.

when i spoke to Preston Audi they said that they would look into it

i asked my dealer yesterday,it is possible but a real pain in the arse to do you have to pick it up with the german plates and then register it in the uk and pay the taxes when you bring it in!

Audi rang me on Friday regarding pick up of q5 in Ingolstat said it was not an option, so no you cannot pick your Q5 car up in Ingolstat.
Still waiting for build date ordered in late Feb now hoping to get 2011 spec car.Week 27 provisionally
