Finally got round to tuning up the SQ5.
I am working with Andrew at DTUK on the current box and also a new yet to be released box.
Andrew is a total Audi lover, he has had more cars in the last couple of year then most have in a lifetime!
TTRS, RS3, S3 (8P and 8V) A7 BiTdi, Q7's, RS4 and S1 to name a few.
The car hasn't been on a dyno but Andrew's A7 was rolling roaded at 358 PS and 748Nm
The SQ5 is estimated to have 360/365 PS and 750Nm Torques
The car is now silly, it pulls so hard from low down and just keeps on going. I have in the past has a tuned S3 that did 0-60 in 3.88 seconds and a quarter mile in 12.63 but this feels much stronger through the revs.
Not done any 0-60 runs yet but its quick.
I've not had a chance to use a full tank of fuel yet but I expect to get 600 miles to a tank like I have been getting.
Only negative now is the brakes, they simply aren't up to the job, the car is crying out for 390mm 6 piston RS6 brakes or even some 420mm Ceramics.
