being as a pheasant has destroyed my grill, ive been thinking...

Can I get a genuine black optic grill and remove the outer black ring and replace it with my current chrome ring...? Are the rings removable at all or is the grill one piece?

Yes, all is removable so you can swap the parts you want onto the new grill, its a pain undoing all the clips though

My Q5 came with the RS black honeycomb grill and black rings. I wanted the silver rings and found it easier to remove the bumper to release the clips thus not breaking any of them.
