Ha! my wife had a similar experience to you yesterday taking 2.5hrs to do 4 miles watching other drivers drive like plums!
I have to say I'm really impressed with it in the snow/ice so far. I live on quite a steep side road which never gets gritted and at times of snow all you can hear are people trying to burn out their clutches or tyres trying to get up the hill. The Q5 just went around all of them and I was happily parked on my drive soon afterwards
