Hi Everyone,

My Q5 is coming up to 2 years old and I still haven't taken it for a service. It's got a low mileage (9,000) and hasn't nagged me for a service yet through the DIS.

Should I be taking it for a service? If I want to sell it to a dealer in 6 months, is it worth my money?

Thanks!

If you check the display, it will tell you when next service is scheduled. I believe it ought to be 2 years? I would get it serviced.

I'd imagine you are on longlife servicing which is 18k miles. I'd at the very least get an oil and filter change if its two years old.

Long life servicing is 18,000 miles or 2 years (whichever comes sooner) therefore the car will need a service at 2 years. If you miss a service Audi can void your warranty. It will just need oil change, filters and inspection (£200 or so).
