I needed to get to an address today that I had never been to before - off the beaten track, in the middle of nowhere (but then most places are in France)
The people gave me GPS co-ordinates of their house. Went to my beloved Q5 - fired up the Quattro and switched the Nav on ..........................
Could not find out how to enter GPS coords in?
Read the book and no mention of them

Is it possible??
My 5 yr old Peugeot could do it - surely a ?50k Q5 can

as you know i havnt got one yet but fiddled with the sat nav in dealers - pretty sure when you muck about with the joystick there was a a lat long thing somewhere from memory presume you cant enter it directly but could you use that to get to where it is by scrolling?

Agree that Tom Tom seems far far better than the audi offering for ease of use

Mind you still spec'd it so what do i know....

If you scroll the cross bars on the map,the GPS coordinates are displayed on the top of the screen. You can set required Longitude and latitude as destination by scrolling the map.
thanks
