Hi Josh, most of the roof boxes are really light and, so long as the bars are fitted first, should slide over them from one side single handed with no problem. You will need a milk crate or similar to stand on to fit them to the bars though. Not fitted mine yet but it was always easy on the Espace I had. Goes without saying, light (for stability) and low value stuff on top as the boxes are far from secure!
