Make sure the problem is registered as an ongoing problem and has never really been fixed. If needs be write to Audi HQ (CEO) and advise him of the situation. Also send a copy of said letter to citizens advice bureau ensuring it is logged on their system with a tracking number. Ring them first to get a number.
