They appear to be like hen's teeth , I've been looking on e bay and trying the local breakers but nothing doing . Phoned the local Audi Dealer and they wanted a very respectable £700 for a new one !
I will keep looking or just go for a full size wheel and keep it in the boot !

PS and for daft Dave it seems the only spare that will fit under the floor is a specific Q5 collapsible , I tried fitting my mates A6 20" space saver and it wasn't the same diameter and raised the floor slightly.

Anyone know if the Space Master from a Q7 of the same year will fit the Q5? Tyre size is the same.

Hi Dave , the Q7 one will not fit as it has the bigger pcd for the studs , the only one that will do is a Q5 specific one but they are out there , I just got one on e bay mind you I did get stung for £350
