Q5 spare wheel
I got an unused like new one recently on eBay, after I had a nightmare flat tire incident - the pump and gunk was no use as the tire wall was gashed!

If you have a subwoofer in the boot like mine it will also fit inside this version of the spare wheel. make sure you have the electic air pump in your side flap of your boot, as you only inflate it when you actually use it. Suggest you watch this or similar so you dont have to work it out on a dark stormy night on the side of a road:

There are a couple on eBay from Lithuania, Poland and Germany. Also there is the Part number - 80A601027A, which is from the Q5 (FY) 2018 model, it has a ET24 offset so you would need to check it would fit first - listed here. There is also another version part number - 8R0601025H, again I don't know if it fits on the hub or in the boot (subwoofer etc), you would need to check first - example listing here.
