This may be a strange question to ask,but can someone with the spacesaver measure the external dimension of the wheel and tyre when deflated?

To add to this, is there any chance anyone could very kindly tell us what the specifications are written on the tyre.

My query is that I wanted to know if this spacesaver wheel and tyre is universal to Audis, Q3/5/7s or specific to the Q5.
