I know the TT owners club meet on a regular basis, is there anything on the cards for Q5 owners meets in the future!

Anything before September and I will have to turn up on the push bike!

Hi Hoggy,

Not planned anything for myaudiq5 yet, however great idea. We did a Touareg and Tiguan meet at the VW Stanford show in May which was superb as we ended up with a club display area - only 8 cars in total, but got some great attention as all the Touareg's ended up being black (not planned)

you can see all the pics here if interested - http://www.mytreg.com/index.php?/gallery/category/5-stanford-hall-2010/

more than happy to start planning a Q5 owners meet - will have a look at what events are on first (after September of course) and if nothing, maybe arrange just a pub meet

Cheers

I attended AUDI Driver International many years ago with the AUDI A2 Owners Club - http://www.millteksp...cfm?eventid=265

We had a club pitch at the time, so I'll see if they do the same thing still. They have lots of AUDI trade stands and track events - some of the AUDI A2 owners took their cars around the track too - was a good laugh

It's Saturday 9th October so out of the holiday season and far enough away to plan it properly.

What do you think?

Hi All

I'd like to start arranging this meet so would like to gauge proper interest. I am planning a club area to line all the Q5's up together and hopefully put together a piece for audi drivers magazine about the forum and members.

If you could make it for definite then please reply to the thread. Also anyone who's good at writing would be handy to help writing a piece about the new club too - I'd appreciate help with this)

Cheers all

All this sounds great but is only adding to the frustration of the unlucky ones with build dates going into next year!

Hope you all have a lovely time, not at all jealous

If it goes well, maybe it could be a yearly thing!
