Hi

I have had my new Q5 for just 5 weeks and have had my first puncture ... In the shoulder of the tyre that cannot be repaired!

Miffed is an under statement and it was caused by small screw about 9mm long!!

The best deal I found for a new Michelin Latitude 235x55xR19 w101 was ?210 from ATS.

I also have difficulty sourcing a tyre too as Audiand Kwickfit could not get one. Plus Michelin have them on back order
at the moment as they are currently focusing on making winter tyres.

Not happy!

go onto kwik fit's web site and choose youre tyres, then pay for them online and arrange to take the car to local branch at an agreed time. you should find they are alot cheaper this way.

That's very odd, I found a 9mm long screw in my back driver side tire this morning. Removed it and luckily it hadn't gone all the way through.

Is this a factory fitted option do you think ?
