I have a 2016 Q5 3L that has started to make the whistling sound in the engine compartment that appears to be issues with the PCV Regulator Valve system positioned under the supercharger. I found an extended warranty bulletin AWA-19-03 that says that if the vehicle does not have a branded title, has been in-service for less than 10 years and has less than 120,000 miles on it (This car meets all those criteria), that an authorized Audi dealer would repair or replace that system free of charge. I took this to my Audi dealer, but they say it does not qualify and no one there has been able to tell me why. Does anyone else have any experience with this or something like it? Thanks for any assistance on the topic.
