Wonder if anybody can help?? My E51 pairs up with the car fine, but the telephone directory has not been transferred. Anybody else have this problem or know of a quick fix solution? Everything else works fine.

you should verify the compatibility in the audi.de site
every BT-phone will pair, but some do not show the adresbook

I have the Audi 'mobile phone preparation - low' system, and my E51 works fine with it; transfers all the contacts each time you jump in, takes < 1 s. So it should work, but I don't have any advice, as I never had to play around to get it working...

Thanks for your reply. I eventually got mine to work by downloading the updated software for the telephone. One further question though, if you are listening to music and the telephone interrupts with an incoming call, does the car phone audibly ring? I do not seem to get a 'ringing.' I realise there is a call coming in from the screen and the fact that there is no longer any music!!

Maybe I should read the manual, after I have pressed all of the buttons!!

- I have an mp3 as ringtone, and it starts playing about a second or 2 after the screens show the incoming call.
