Hi Folks,
I have been having some issues with minor idling only at a stop and in park on my 2015 Q5 2.0T clocking 110K KM. The car does a little shaking motion that comes up from the driver seat up every few seconds. This is more prevelant during a cold start and gets a bit better once the engine heats up but I still do get this bouncy sensation. My mechanic tried so many things (Spark Plug, Ignition coils, air oil sparator, low fuel pressure sensor, Walnut blasted the valves, checked injector pressure and intake) but could not isolate the problem and we know the error code relates to P0301 cylinder 1 misfire. I've been trying to resolve this for quite some time and I am not sure what to do next to resolve the issue. The shop did say that I should use Shell gas for the next little while and stay away from Costco and give the ECU sometime to adjust to the new parts.
One more thing to add. Yesterday I swapped out the engine cam shaft position sensor based on a youtube video that I watched that had the same error code as my car after replacing plugs and coils and he said the issue was due to a bad camshaft sensor. I replaced the sensor and after driving for a while the light did go away but I still can feel the blurb from the car.
I am stuck at this point and I was hoping anyone had similar issues like mine.
Thanks in advance
