I think if you look below the "Post Reply" box (the part where you type your response after clicking on Post Reply), there are 2 tags;

1 says "Options" and the other says "Upload Attachment" - I would imagine that you can do it via that tag?

When I try to attach, it tells me that I have used up 400+ K of my 500K allowance, but I have never posted any photos?
