2018 SQ5, 86k. The sound on my audio system intermittently goes out. I get no sound at all, no radio, no Carplay, no phone audio, etc. All of the audio systems and controls seem to visually work normally, just no sound. One day it may work and the next it won't, its currently been out for a week. I disconnected the negative cable on the battery for 30 minutes, reconnected, and I get sound. When I shut the car off for 10 minutes, no sound. Anyone else had this happen and possibly know a fix? I took it to the Audi dealer and they recommend replacing the 5F control module, but they won't guarantee that will solve the issue and want $3,500 non-refunable dollars to do it.

No fault codes
Checked for leaks, have none. Also checked fuses and they are fine.Please double check MMI component fuses including those in trunk, not first time when during tests etc those blow up...maybe lucky
Have you had any water leaks?
