Read in another forum about the height of the head restraint - it doesn't go all the way down? There are no buttons to press, unlike in their other models and most other cars. I'm rather short too, under 5ft 4in and only top of my head touches the restraint, not the centre as recommended. What are the implications in terms of safety in an accident?

I read (also elsewhere) that there is a hidden button behind the head restraint (on the upper seat back) that you press to remove it. Possibly pressing the same area would allow it to be lowered also though quite why they hide this facility is beyond me.
