As i have a small person, who will no doubt turn my car into a mess i wish to protect my rather lovely seats when it arrives and found a nice looking genuine audi rear seat cover.

Sadly its a US auction, and postage appears to be high which is putting me off and typically i cant find it in the UK site or brochure.

Anyone got any ideas??

The genuine ones are on ebay too Rich

I spoke to audi today, 4 times about these and they looked on their systems and went away and made calls etc. and the top and bottom of it is you cant get them in the UK. Apparently there isnt a call for a seat cover in the UK, but there is in the USA

Bloody idiots!

So, i shall keep searching and see if i can get some into the country a bit cheaper.

Hi folks,
I am new to the forum. I will be getting my Q5 3.0TDI S-line special edition in December - Jan. I am also looking for a good quality rear seat cover to protect the leather from my kids!!!! They are worse than animals LOL. I found a company that sells a good quality cover (Town & Country) They do 3 sizes. Dose anyone know what the width of the rear seat is??? Also i have fitted rear air bags to protect the little monsters, are they in the seats or on the doors. I dont think i can use a full cover if they are in the seats. I would love the genuine Audi one, dose anyone have the correct audi part number for it?
Thanks

Chris

we could do with finding a good UK source for all aftermarket Q5 bits really - this kind of search is going to become more common I think

Covers do look good in the pic

Funnily enough I was thinking this yesterday.

Hi Folks,
I took the plunge and ordered an OEM one from the states on Ebay.com they have around 6 left. the part number is 4F0061647. I got it delivered to Aberdeenshire Scotland for 60 pounds sterling. I think that is good value as it covers the foot well carpet too. should be here at the end of the month UPS delivery.

Looks good. How much was the cover
I would happily pay postage from the USA as well. Have done so in the past
but it can take longer than they estimate. I would allow 6 weeks.

The cover was $49 usd + postage $40 usd. exchange rate through paypal brings it to 60 pounds sterling delivered tohouse.

Well I think that's a reasonable price.

Will have to have a look and see what else is available from the USA. Shame I don't speak German too well

I just got a letter from parcel force, it looks like my rear seat cover will cost an additional ?17 to be delivered. Had to pay VAT as it came from the USA.

I have two monsters 2 and 6 so the back is a constant mess, but unless you have gone for the alcantara i wouldn't worry as you just wipe it down, a rub with liquid leather and its back looking like new in under 10mins.

Hi, apologies for resurrecting this old topic, but I'm hoping to purchase a set of OEM front seat covers for this winter. It appears that the posting above re. ebay.com was rear seat covers only. Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks ....
