If you haven’t found the rear seat removal post - open your rear doors and lean in with one foot inside the car. Grab underneath the seat where the rounded section is and with the other hand grab underneath the seat near the tunnel. Give the seat a sharp pull upwards and it should release itself from the floor clips. Mind your back as you lift the seat.
