After chasing Audi Uk the build date has been confirmed!!!! week 27 ordered week 5.Was told by the head of audi uk sales that we were lucky as some customers who ordered at the same time have been pushed back till jan/feb next year.It was only due to the dealers large allocation that we were lucky.

So it looks like you could get yours by August, what are you thinking of doing about taking delivery on a 10 plate or wait for the 60 Plate

Have been told 2 weeks from build so should be mid july,will take it as soon as poss.We are off on hols mid july so would be great for it to be by then.I wont be waiting for new plate,i have waited far too long as it is.

Great News Rich! Mine also ordered week 5 now confirmed week 26.

For everybodys information I spoke to me delaer today and whilst some cars seem to be scheduling some Feb orders are still showing week 38!

we both had to chase to get answers,i have still not been told by dealer yet!

I have been told the same, build week 26 and apparently they are turning them round in a couple of weeks to delivery which I think is optomistic but lets wait and see.
Ordered mine at the end of Jan so fits in with others above.

Hi Basil,
I was told by the dealer it would be 2 weeks from build to delivery,i think they ship them into sheerness in kent so only down the road.

I will be interested what they say as I have been told 4-5 weeks?

Thinking about it, my TT took about 4 weeks from confirmed build date.

I'm not sure how Audi work the factory but i would guess that they have specific weeks for making cars for different markets. I too have been told my car will be build week 27 so it looks like weeks 26 and 27 are uk cars or at least RHD cars, maybe for Australia as well. Is the next RHD build slot weeks 38 and 39 and so on.

I have been given a delivery time of 4 weeks from build date which will take me to early August and i will take delivery as soon as it arrives. Counting the days as we speak.
