After waiting patiently since ordering my Q5 on the 27th October, I collected the aforementioned vehicle on 1st March.

What an amazing car! Miles ahead of my old BMW 325 coupe, can't wait until it's run in and I can set that drive select to dynamic!!

Thanks for the complements. This is the perfect weather to enjoy a new car, especially one with a panoramic sunroof.

Running is relatively painless, avoid taking the car over 2/3rds the max rpm for the first 1500km and easy on the brakes until they have bedded in after 500km. I've been told that if I keep to these limits it will reduce the amount of oil that my Q5's engine will consume in later months. The nice touch from the dealership was a 1 litre bottle of oil in the boot.
