Ok my cruise control is working intermittently. Sometimes will start the car and all works fine on my journey. Stop the car pop to the shops restart car and cruise control not working?. Stop the car restart and cruise control working again.

No fault codes present im puzzled any help appreciated.

Are you saying that following a stop cruise control cannot be operated unless you restart?
If you are saying that a set speed has been lost after a stop, this is normal.

What i mean it i jump in car and press to activate cruise control, no cruise lights on the dash and the switch not operating cruise. What i have to do to make cruise work is stop the car turn ignition off, turn ignition back on, start driving and the cruise control will be working again

hi there, did you find the solution. self facing the same issue,

I had a similar issue - but when I tried activate Adaptive Cruise I received an error message on the dash saying it could not be engaged.

Left it in with Audi and they said there was an electrical issue they resolved.
