Hi All,

Been lurcking for a while as I decided between an Evoque or Q5 - Think I'm decided on a Q5 now!

I've been speaking to a dealer direct but they will only go to 4% discount.

Also been speaking to a finance broker who I've used many times before and he's managed to find a dealer offering 9% off with a build week of 27/28 - He's also got me finance outside of VAG so I need less deposit and lower APR which is swinging it for me.

Likely spec I will go for + some questions for you experts:

S Line Plus 2.0 TDI S-Tronic
Moonlight Blue - Don't see this colour much, any reason why?
Black Styling Pack
Black Nappa Leather
B&O Sound
Electric Folding Mirrors
Heated Front Seats
Panoramic Roof
Manual Window Blinds - For the new nipper!
Flat Bottom Steering Wheel
20" 5 Segment in Titanium Optic Finish
Audi Drive Select - Is this really worth having without any of the other options it controls?

Should look exactly like this:

Considering Adding and would welcome your opinions:

Hill Hold Assist
Elecrically Adjusted Front Seat w. Memory - I want electric lumbar adjustment, does this come as standard on SLine Plus?
Interior Light Package
Rear Bench Seat Plus
Tyre Pressure Loss Indicator

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for that. Looks like Tyre Pressure Indicator is std on MY2015 so I;ve had a result there.

Any thoughts from anyone on Drive Select and my question around the lumbar support with or without memory seats?

Electric Lumbar support is Standard and as far as I can gather from other posts on this forum (i dont have this myself) Drive Select is not worth adding for 3 reasons.

1. On anything but an SQ5 it has no noticable effect
2. Its way overpriced
3. It came be enabled for free via VAGCOM

its all personal, so if it works for you....
As to why you don't see that colour - its only recently been added to the range.

Personally id drop..
Black pack
B&O
ADS - you don't have any options to control...
Flatbottom wheel.

Id add
Tech pack advanced
HHA
Light pack
Bench seat
TPMS
advanced key - you don't need the change the inlays then.

oh and get the wheels in silver.

I like the colour but have yet to see it on a Q5, so I guess you will have some small sense of exclusivity. On your spec I would agree with the comments about drive select and I would urge you to try Orangewheels before committing, they achieved almost 10% for me on an SQ5 when the two dealers I spoke to offered almost nothing, give them a go.

Thanks all. I've chopped it around a little so spec now looks like this:

S Line Plus 2.0 TDI S-Tronic
Moonlight Blue - Don't see this colour much, any reason why?
Black Styling Pack
Black Nappa Leather
B&O Sound
Electric Folding Mirrors
Heated Front Seats
Electrically-adjustable front seats
Panoramic Roof
Manual Window Blinds
Flat Bottom Steering Wheel
20" 5 Segment in Titanium Optic Finish
Hill Hold Assist
Audi Parking System Advanced
Interior Light Package
Rear Bench Seat

Regards other brokers, for the sake of 1% I'll probbaly just stick with my usual guy I've used for years but thanks for the suggestions.

Get heated rear seats too if you have family, only about £160 more

Carbon Atlas interior trim - rather than the easily dented aluminium?

The discount I achieved through Orangewheels was on an SQ5, I would guess that there might be rather more on the model you're chasing. Worth a punt I would suggest.
