Chrome mirror covers

Can any one tell me if the door mirrors on the Q5 are the same as on the Q7? the reason for the question is Chrome mirror covers are available for the Q7 but not as yet for the Q5
Thought they would look good on the car.

Aluminum covers for mirrors are available but at a cost of $ 830 (Fits all Q5 (8R) and Q7 (4L) built after June of '09.)
