Don't know if anyone has experienced this or if there is a simple solution (I am a bit crap with the techno stuff) - but whilst my iPhone and Q5 link up fine and all works as it should, when I look in my "Phone Book" via the car - loads of my contacts are missing?

However, if I receive a call or search using the handset (which defeats the object), the car knows who is calling etc, just as it is listed in my phone?

What is going on there - I have tried remaking the connection etc, but no joy?

Bit of a long shot but my iphone is sorted by first name then last. And the Q5 sorts it by the reverse (from memory). I couldn't find contacts to start with until I had to scroll down to the contacts surname as opposed to forename.

Loobola - not a long shot at all - where I have say "Julie Mobile" on my iPhone, the car lists it as "Mobile, Julie" !

All my contacts are there - thanks for the idea !
