was going through the manual at the weekend and noticed that this was an option, what on earth is it, seems like an empty box with a wire going into it !

any ideas fella's?

It's for the sub woofer for the Bang & Olufsen sound system option. I think it mentions it somewhere on the Q5 microsite.

thats wierd as its in my boot but I do not have B&O soundsystem....

i have one as well with a rumbling speaker inside !

I have one too - I think it's standard with the 10 speaker setup on the SE and S-Line
