G'day fellow Q5 owners,
I was wondering if UK Q5s are fitted with an aspherical mirror on the driver's door - as the Australian ones have a flat mirror (and hence a serious blind spot). Past VAG cars here (VW Touareg and Golf) have aspherical driver's door mirrors, with a vertical dashed line where the flat and curved sections meet. I know US Q5's suffer the same disease as we do (on the wrong side of course) and I think I have read that EU ones have aspherical (again on the wrong side).
If yours are in fact aspherical, can anyone find for me a part number for a replacement glass, and maybe even recommend a source in the UK who can ship internationally?

My Q5 has a split mirror on the drivers side which helps with the blind spot, think thats what you are looking for?

Yep, My car's the same as Bill's..... Got the aspherical mirror on the drivers' side.
No part numbers, but if you contact a UK Audi dealer, maybe they can help ?
(Aberdeen Audi was where i bought my car from... I'm sure they're on the web).

By the way, I regularly drive through Aberdeen - a small town on the Hunter River in New South Wales, Australia. Most people in this particular Aberdeen are involved in dairy farming or racehorse breeding... The original settlers were from your part of the world.
