Audi UK have revamped all the trim levels

The Audi website has been updated.

Now it's:
Sport
S-line
Black Edition

You then choose from a few packs but it does appear the chip shortage is over.

You're screwed if you only want the 360 camera or rear USB ports !

Vorsprung (loaded and with air suspension) is only on the SQ5 now.

Prices have gone up a bit too

I'm a bit surprised.... I didn't know that in UK the models are so different from Italy ones. In Italy we have entry level, business, sline, sline plus and black edition. Moreover black edition is different from UK one: for example in italy the wheels are 21' while in UK I read 20'..... Very strange.....
Yep every country is different. E.g. some countries can get s-line exterior styling without s-line interior. Germany let's you choose anything e.g. build your car and choose from 20 different wheels. In the UK its just 3 per trim level. We can't get rear side airbags at all buy standard in the US. Warranty periods and milages vary too.

I see it is called 23.5 which means that Audi have tinkered around the edges. Lets wait for the 24 variant with real changes.
Yeah then we'll really be able to talk about pride increases etc.

I've an order coming. I've been considering leaving it and reordering. I just don't think it's worth it to me plus the extra months. The time just takes me close to the next gen.
I would cancel then order again in about 6 months. The changes to the 24 variant are significant.
Yep but don't want to wait for the unknown. They'll be price increases and I wouldn't get 16% off the new one for sure so will be an expensive delay.

My current Q5 is 4yrs old in June, think I should order the latest MY23, or wait for the [unconfirmed] next-gen MY24?
rifleman, I would pull the trigger :ROFLMAO:

to be fair - I configured one of the new Black Edition MY23's with the Tech-Pack-Pro and a few other options and my broker is getting me an amazing deal - with the equity in my current car - I only have to pay £1000 deposit and an extra £20 per month over what I currently pay, to get a brand new one if I do pull the trigger right now on this one -

Wheel Tire Car Vehicle Vehicle registration plate

I think I'm gonna pull the trigger...

Rifleman,

Have you ordered nappa leather?
It appears that if you don't order leather AND then the bench plus then you don't get 40/20/40 rear seat split. The 40/20/40 seats are they're but there's not a release but for the central 20%.
Yet to clarify if this is Sportback specific or not. It seems a small thing but can be a big thing if you need to carry skis etc etc.

No mate, I didn't pay the extra £1K for the full leather, and I didn't order the Bench Seating either, I'm just getting the standard interior, in Rotor Grey (as all of my Q5's so far have been a Black interior).

I am still absolutely gutted I have to lose the Flat-Bottom Steering Wheel.

If the lack of a flat bottom steering wheel is going to dilute your driving enjoyment then I would cancel the order.
Its strange that they can't make a heated flat bottomed wheel or one with the sensors to detect it being touched.
A flat bottomed wheel has many advantages, mainly making life easier getting in and out while making sure that you are in the correct driving position. I believe they should be standard.

Hi there, quick question from a novice. What happens if the spec/configurations change after you've made an order, but before the car is built? Do you get exactly what you ordered at the time?
It's built to the spec you ordered. Your order is your order which keeps it very simple and clear.

Thanks Scotty, blind spot and rear cross-traffic alert are back as options, something I have on my current car but compromised on at the time I ordered. Not enough to make me join the back of the queue tho!!
