Just had my march 2010 Q5 in for new hatchback door seal. It was leaking in the top coners near to the roof. Audi have issued a note to their dealers so there is an issue they know about!!!
Second issue is that the front driver side wiper blade rubs against the bonnet and has rubbed right through to the metal. I have been told by one other owner that he got a new bonnet after a year as the wiper had gone right through the weld/fold and the bonnet split. I too will wait and get a new bonnet so the stone chips get replaced after a year. It is a classic design flaw. Have a look---- you need a small mirror to see the damge on the dge of bonnet
