Not used DMS and personally I wouldn't be to concerned about chasing the highest bhp figures unless you want pub bragging rights as that's all there good for IMHO. I'd much rather have OEM drivability over peak power so I choose Revo for my remap and I'm very happy with the results.

Bit late to the party but I've just had mine done by DMS Automotive and it's turned into a missile. Not sure on the BHP output as their map was done on my driveway but both me and my lass have SQ5s (2014) and mine is considerably quicker from the moment you pull away now in any mode (I have drive select). My average mpg has dropped though, combined with a bit or lairy booting I'm getting around 26mpg whereas my lass gets 31/32mpg.

But it's worth it.
His and hers Sq's, nice.

wow, not sure if it also needs hardware upgrades but the DMS website says they can take the SQ5 from 326 to 405hp.

I was told by MRC that to achieve 400+ I'd need a performance air filter & upgraded intercooler so I would say yes hardwear is needed.

Dtuk pedal box has no effect on performance whatsoever all it does is quicken the signal from the pedal to the ecu taking the initial dead spot away. I can vouch for it being undetectable as I ran one on my previous Golf R and every time it went in for a service all I did was switch it off and left it in the chubby box. I had softwear updates and it was also in for a suspected gearbox fault and nothing was ever said.

You can, just set ADS to dynamic, preset S in 'individual' or tap the gear lever down but, although I prefer the throttle response in S, I prefer the gear change characteristics in D. Maybe being a bit fussy but I'd like a combination of both

.

What's your verdict on the box Stobsie?
On the Mk7 Golf R, I'd say it's an absolute must as the car in std trim has an awful dead feel in the first inch of pedal travel, but I'm not so sure the Sq needs it saying that I won't discount getting one.
