I bought this AUDI Q5 / SQ5 / RSQ5 OEM INTEGRATED CARPLAY SYSTEM for my wife and we sold her 2016 Audi Q5 before we installed the kit:

From the website:
Introducing our new AUDI-CP OEM Integrated CarPlay System for Audi Q5, SQ5 & RSQ5 systems from 2009-2020. This comprehensive video interface module will integrate all the features of Apple CarPlay / Android Auto onto your existing Audi OEM screen. Once installed, the system is ready for use without dealer activation or coding required and DOES NOT require any cutting or splicing of OEM cables.

We selected the Non-MMI with Audi Symphony or Concert Radio (Radio Control Knob in Dash), Audi Tailgate Camera, and Front Camera Add-on.

If you build it out, it's approximately $760. I'm asking for $300 shipped in the lower 48.

Full disclosure, I tried to have a Best Buy store install it, and they said it was too complicated.

There are videos of the install online, but I did not feel comfortable trying myself:

This is how it's supposed to look after install:

I'll add more pictures of the actual product when I return home. Everything is brand new, and never used.

Be safe and thanks for looking!

UPDATE: I reached out to the company that sold me the equipment and asked them for installation and product support, and this is what they wrote back:

The system should still be fully functioning as long as
you didn't attempt an installation or damage the module in any way AND we
offer tech support for all our systems. If anything, have them reference
your order number so that we know which system it is exactly and can offer
support if need be.

Hopefully this helps answer your questions or concerns but if not,
feel free to email us back. We're here to help!

Thank you,
