Hi everyone, just took ownership of a 2019 Audi q5 and can’t seem to find the MAF sensor anywhere. In the older models it was incredibly accessible but for some reason I can’t find it on this model. Can anyone give me some advice?

I would expect the MAF sensor to be somewhere on the large round air intake pipe that comes out of the air filter box. Looking at some images online it bends and goes straight down, so may be hidden lower down in the engine bay then older models. Get a torch and have a look. if you can see wothing electonic attached to it, that is probably the MAF sensor.
