Does anybody know anything about the acoustic windscreen that now comes with the Q5?

......and should you need to replace it at any point you will have to make sure you get one with the coating

Technically yes, or you could have a 2010 model and fit a coated one just the same as fitting an uncoated one on a 2011 - they are identical screens apart from the coating
