2019 Audi Q5 2.0 gen 3
Having issue with my Turbo….possibly just the waste-gate actuator.
Error code P334A(check engine light on)
Car drives fine with the exception of the lack of power due to turbo.
Clear the codes turbo works fine for a short period sometimes a day sometimes 5 minutes .
Then error code pops back up and check engine light returns.
88,000kms (just out of warranty)
Audi parts only will sell the entire turbo which costs over $3500.
Took the part number off actuator directly called back it’s around $600 they do have it available as a stand alone part but not for my VIN.
Is there something special about this model or just Audi playing games don’t want to order part and later find out that the entire turbo needs to be changed even though the problem is only the actuator.
