My daughters car is a 2013 q5. Awesome car, except for every 1000 miles I would have to add 1 qt of oil. So recently took it in to a place that specializes in Audi for an oil change. I told them about the issue and they said they would do a diagnostic. Came back and said, do all this it should fix issue for $2900. I love that car so after long thought I told them ok. Here is what they did, oil cooler, oil cooler gasket, water pump, oil separator, spark plugs direct ignition coil. I get back drive 200 miles and it’s a quart low. Took it back and they said looked at everything and all is right with what they did. It must have “trued” it up. Very frustrating, now I have to add a quart every 200-250 miles instead of 1000 miles. Love the car but this is too much. Any advice, place I paid $2900 said only thing would be engine replacement. Thanks

Unfortunately , that is common in certain Audi models. This mechanic took your money and gave you parts that you probably did not need.
