Hi, My 2012 Q5 has only 52k miles on it and yrarly service indicator is on. Last year 75k mi service was done through prepaid Audicare. Now Audi service is now recommending 85k services (costing $700) though I only have 52k on the car. Should I just
get a regular oil change now and wait for 85k service until next year or closer to 85k?

What mileage was it when last service done?
How many miles since?
Audi recommend yearly servicing for low mileage / short journeys.
It is your call, but I would reset indicator and wait until you feel is appropriate, e.g. every two years/ 12,000 miles.
